Game Programmer

 

You are a passionate game programmer and eager to contribute to our projects based on popular game engine technologies like CryEngine, Unity3D or Unreal Engine? We would love to get in touch with you! As a key member of our team, you will be involved in interdisciplinary tasks while leveraging and enhancing your C++ and C# skillset.

 

In this role you will:

 

      1. Collaborate with our game design department to implement and expand key features.
      2. Ensure to deliver optimized and efficient code to reach a high level of performance across multiple platforms.
      3. Provide accurate task duration estimates while delivering well designed software within the project’s schedule.
      4. Collaborate with our in-house team to ensure the seamless integration of our solutions into the game development pipeline.
      5. Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in game programming.

 

What you are good at:

 

      1. Solid knowledge of C++ and C# in a game development environment.
      2. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
      3. Excellent problem-solving skills and critical-thinking abilities.
      4. Experience in computer science in a game development related context.
      5. A strong portfolio showcasing the projects you previously worked on.

 

This will help you stand out, but is not required:

 

      1. Previous experience in the games industry, specifically working at game development studios or on shipped projects.
      2. A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, game development or a related field.
      3. Familiarity with game engine architecture and optimization techniques.
